Yakiniku Daimon (Igara branch)

We have a wide selection of meats, including lamb, fresh lamb, and fresh mutton. We also have a variety of beef and pork offal dishes, including black offal. Before grilling, we use several types of rubbed sauce to ensure the meat is at its most delicious. Omon’s spicy sauce and rubbed sauce are made with Shinshu miso, and are matured in a soy sauce base with garlic and chili peppers. The sweet sauce has a clean flavor thanks to the addition of fruit. The sweet sauce does not contain garlic or chili peppers, so it is suitable for children and women. All sauces are made from our secret Omon recipe. Iida’s miso and spicy soy sauce sauce are the perfect match for lamb and mutton. We can accommodate group yakiniku parties of approximately 80 people on one floor. Bus transportation is available for groups of 10 or more.
