OTOKICHI’s Ishigaki Island branch has been a specialty restaurant serving raw yakiniku and offal since 1965. They purchase whole Misaki beef offal, raised on Ishigaki Island. From the meat to the seasonings and charcoal, they are particular about every single ingredient, and serve dishes made with ingredients from the island.
